Graeme Esarey

The Kotuku team is a motley bunch committed to offshore racing. As the skipper, I manage a group of strong individualists (Singlehanded transpac winners, climbers, mountain bikers) and we have high standards for performance. It's a bit like herding cats sometimes. The thing that unites us is the real joy we get from sailing. Some times it rains, sometimes we win, but regardless, sharing sailing with family and close friends is a true pleasure.
